Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note: during high-volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected items.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, postal delays, or regional carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package reaches your country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these additional charges.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at keller@kellercompanyonline.com with your order number.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
